Job Description:

•  Managing customer queries on phone & convert tele-conversation into personal meetings.
• Understand clients' real estate needs, preferences, and financial requirements. Provide expert guidance and advice to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Conduct site and property visits with prospective clients. Highlight property features and benefits.
• Follow-Up after visits and ensuring closures
• Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients. Ensure the best possible deals and terms for buyers, sellers, or renters.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to offer valuable insights to clients.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Address their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills Required:

• Must have both 2 and 4 wheeler valid driving license.
• Good/Excellent experience in handling clients/customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month + Additional Incentives

Role Description:

This is a full-time Marketing Intern position. The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in the day-to-day tasks of market research, sales, communication with customers, customer service, and marketing strategy development. The job is on-site and located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Demonstrable sales skills.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution.
• Customer service skills and ability to resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, or a related field.
